The past week I have learnt that Batman was created in 1939 and never had a vehicle until 1941. Another thing I have learnt is that "Batman" comes from Bruce Wayne's fear of Bats.

1)Batman was created in 1939. Batman's first appearance was in the May 1939 Detective Comics issue 27. Later Batman had become a major character for Detective Comics. Bruce Wayne also known as Batman was born to Thomas and Martha Wayne. After the death of his parents at the local theater Bruce was left at Wayne Manor along with Alfred the servant. Once Bruce found out who had killed his parents, Joe Chill,  he created Batman as a way to save Gotham and to track down the man who killed his parents.

2)One of the first villains that Batman fought were "The Roman" also known as Carmine Falcone. Falcone was politician of all cities and chief of police. Falcone was the most fought villain of Batman until "The Joker" and "Two-Face" came along. The Joker is a demented clown who has no powers and is just a royal pain to Batman even from the every beginning. Joker is also one of the oldest villains of Batman starting with crime then killing Robin. Two-Face is known as Harvey Dent a District Attorney in Gotham that had two sides and went insane. Two-Face  was obsessed with the number 2.  Catwoman aka Selina Kyle, is another well known villain of Batman that wore a cat suit and had an on and off hate relationship with Batman.

3)In the 1939 comic the Batmobile had not been created yet so Batman and Robin would travel by running or gliding in on a rope. It wasnt until 1941  that DC Comics #31 introduced the Batmobile  along with the Batcycle, Batboat, Batplane and Robin's Redbird.
